Please read carefully before placing an order as it contains important information regarding our shop policies!

Orders

Preorder means that we do not have the product on hand until ship date. Given the nature of our small business, most items will be on preorder on first launch. All preorder items will have an estimated ship date on the listing. However sometimes due to manufacturing delays or other factors it may be delayed, but don't worry we will update everyone via email! We try to give an accurate wait time each launch, please make sure you are OK with the wait before ordering preorder items. You may check the for any status updates on this page at any time.

Yes that is OK! But please note that they will ship together when all items in your order is in stock, which may take a while depending on when the preorder items are ready. We recommend making 2 separate orders for them so you can get in stock items faster.

Refund, Returns, and Exchanges

We only accept refunds on in-stock ready to ship items, before your order is shipped. We do not accept refunds or returns for any preorder items, or after your order has been sent out. Refunds will be offered only when there are manufacturing problems for preorders that causes significant delay. If there is a problem with your order after you receive it such as damaged or incorrect product, please contact us with your order number!

We do not offer exchange at this time, and we ask customers to please be sure of all styles and colors before making the order.

We are sorry to hear that. We offer exchanges or repairs on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us through the contact form and we can see what we can do to make it right for you!


Shipping

We ship from the west coast of US, and we use USPS, or UPS for express. Usually it would take 1-2 weeks for US orders, and 3-5 weeks or more for international orders to be delivered. All orders will come with a tracking number. Some international countries may have a longer transit time and a higher chance of lost packages. To be sure your order will reach you safely, please pick the Express option to ship via UPS. International Express will be the only option to ship to select countries with high chances of lost packages. If your order is international and contains over $250 worth of jewelries, we STRONGLY recommend picking express shipping option to make sure you receive your package. If you have any questions or specific requests for couriers, please contact us before making your order.

We are a very small team of 2, it may take us up to 3 weeks to pack the orders and send them out after all items are in stock. Usually we send all orders out within the week, but during convention seasons it may take up to 3 weeks. If you are ordering for any time-sensitive occassions like birthdays, please feel free to email us and we will try our best to accommodate. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

For all orders outside the USA, the buyer will be responsible for all customs fees or value added taxes if applicable.

Once we ship your package it is up to the mailing service. Please try to contact your local post office with the tracking number, they should be able to open a ticket to locate the package. If you need further help please contact us with your order number and we will see what we can do on our end to find the package.

We are currently unable to ship to all EU/NI countries due to the GPSR policy effective December 13, 2024. We have also disabled some countries where there were high chances of missing packages in the past. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Other than in person at EU conventions, we are unable to ship to all EU/NI countries due to the GPSR policy effective December 13, 2024. Another way some customers from EU have been ordering is through their friends in England/Ireland. If you happen to have a friend in England or Ireland who's willing to receive and pass the packages for you we can definitely send it there! Otherwise we will resume shipping to EU if the regulation ever changes. Sorry for the inconvenience!


Jewelry

All jewelries are made with high-grade sterling silver (S925), and plated with 14k gold, rose gold, rhodium, or gunmetal. All jewelries are nickel-free.

To prevent your sterling silver jewelry from tarnishing, please keep the following in mind:

  • Keep it away from harsh chemicals such as perfume, sunscreen, or lotion.
  • Take it off when washing your hands, showering, or swimming.
  • Keep it in a secure bag or box when you’re not wearing it.
  • Please keep it dry, store it correctly, and clean and polish with microfiber cloth when needed.
  • For all adjustable rings, please gently press the band to close, or gently pull them apart to open up. Please do not use excessive force as it may damage the ring.
  • When stored properly, plated jewelry may need to be replated every 1-2 years.

Most of our rings are slightly adjustable, please make sure to pick the correct size for the finger you want to wear it on. For necklaces or chokers, we are unable to provide a different length, however if you would like it to be longer, you can use a necklace extension. We are unable to provide different materials for now, but if you would like any piece in solid 14k gold, please feel free to contact us for pricing.

We have extra earring backings, but we don't usually carry replacement parts for any other detachable pieces, so please be very careful! Rarely we may have very limited extra parts from samples. Feel free to contact us to ask!
